AMS was brought on as an interim Merchandise Manager by then-Pottery Barn President Laura Alber to support a critical phase of brand growth and development. In this role, AMS led merchandise assortment planning across key categories, ensuring alignment with brand vision and customer demand. Responsibilities included developing product concepts, driving global sourcing strategies, and negotiating pricing to maximize margins without compromising quality. AMS worked cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and inventory teams to bring curated collections to market, delivering results with precision, agility, and a deep understanding of retail dynamics.
