Engaged to manage a smooth transition for a client relocating from multiple properties into a new $8M home in Belvedere, AMS oversaw every aspect of the move. From coordinating logistics and vetting vendors to executing a complete cleanout of the former residence, every detail was handled with care. Unwanted items were responsibly donated to charity, minimizing waste and maximizing impact. The result was a streamlined, stress-free experience for the client. AMS now continues to serve as the property manager, providing ongoing support and fulfilling any needs that arise.
