AMS was brought on board by the CEO to instill new creative energy to the brand and to develop more efficient business processes for all departments. AMS worked with the creative and merchandising teams to bring consistency and cohesion to the catalog and retail product lines. The project covered creating product stories, organizing layouts, modernizing fonts, designing new marketing icons & newsletters, and revamping the photography.  Brand pillars and values were rewritten and AMS led a top-to-bottom redesign of the website, slated to launch 2014.
